Each project began as a deliberate, strategic pursuit, focused on the right markets, clients, and positioning well before the RFP.

Working alongside high-performing teams and partners, these opportunities were shaped through a disciplined discovery process centered on client priorities and long-term vision.

From pursuit through design and delivery, I served in key leadership roles, often as Project Executive or Pursuit Champion, helping align teams, clarify strategy, and guide execution.

These projects reflect the power of well-led teams, thoughtful positioning, and a consistent commitment to delivering meaningful outcomes.

LOWER.COM FIELD - COLUMBUS CREW | 2019

Served as Project Director for a 20,000-seat MLS stadium. Lower.com Field anchors the Astor Park development, which will feature as much as 150,000-SF of commercial and office space along with 440 residential units.

KU GATEWAY DISTRICT - UNIVERSITY OF KANSAS (2025)

Served as Project Director and Pursuit Champion for this visionary project at the University of Kansas. Completed in collaboration with Multistudio, the Gateway District will transform the north entrance to campus and create a new campus gateway, multi-use spaces and upgraded football facilities.

Multi-use conference facilities were integrated into the development and will be used throughout the year to generate revenue for academic programming and student success. The project will potentially include a mix of arts and entertainment, dining, retail, office space, lodging and other uses that support economic development and the university’s academic mission.

MOUNTAIN AMERICA STADIUM & STUDENT-ATHLETE FACILITY - ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY | $308M | 2017

Served as Project Director and Pursuit Champion for this stadium transformation. Completed in collaboration with Multistudio, the project renovated all sides of the stadium and included a new, state-of-the-art student-athlete performance center.

The project enhanced the game day experience, improved recruiting and created a year-round community asset for the University.
