Behind every project is a pursuit strategy that made it possible.
These projects weren’t won at the interview stage; they were won long before the RFP was issued.
Each represents a disciplined team pursuit: early discovery, deep client engagement, and a deliberate process of understanding client priorities and vision. That understanding shaped everything - team composition, messaging, project approach, and design ideas -culminating in differentiation from the competition at the interview.
As Project Director or Pursuit Champion, I worked alongside talented teams to shape strategy, align around client priorities, and guide execution from pursuit through project completion.
